The Toi o Taraika Arts Wellington Action Agenda has now been launched - which is a prioritised summary of the Arts sector's needs and solutions post-Covid.
Thank you to everyone who fed into this kaupapa (particularly IDIA, Toi Māori and over 100 participants). We’ve heard from our members through this process and the Arts Actions Agenda frames what we’ll be advocating for to local and central government – as well as having a priority of Arts Wellington-led initiatives to support our sector at this time.
Anyone who is passionate about the arts in Wellington can help by making yourself aware of the key advocacy themes so you can have them in mind when you are engaging with relevant stakeholders – your voice is powerful and can amplify our impact.
Now the hard work begins - making it happen.
